Contact Mics Sample Pack

Wielding my trusty H4n, contact mics, friction mallets, and a bit of imagination, I conjured up this sample pack of strangely haunting sounds perfect for adding some spooky tension to your next track. I ventured out of the studio and into mosquito infested bamboo forests and parks to capture some uncommon sounds by finding anything I could hit and strapping a contact mic to it. After that, I utilized the daily household objects we take for granted to create even more interesting sounds.

At the end I had nearly 4 GB of samples which I then meticulously distilled down to about 250 MB of crystallized sonic magic. 

As a bonus to any fellow Ableton demons, I also created a live pack with 5 chaotic instrument racks which use the samples in the pack to great effect. This includes:
